1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InfluPay, a platform that helps brands and creators manage collaborations, contracts, and escrow payments. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. InfluPay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Platform Role
InfluPay provides collaboration workflow tools, contract management, and payment facilitation. Unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement, InfluPay is not a party to collaboration contracts between brands and creators and does not guarantee campaign outcomes, content quality, or delivery timelines.
4. Payments and Escrow
Funds deposited for collaborations may be held in escrow until agreed milestones are met. Release conditions are defined in the applicable contract. Fees, refunds, and dispute handling follow the contract terms and platform policies displayed at checkout or contract confirmation.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use InfluPay for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards. We may investigate misuse and take action, including withholding funds where permitted by law and contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluPay is provided on an "as is" basis. InfluPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or third-party services integrated with it.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Support Center after signing in.
